Sarah Constructions have been selected as the main contractor to construct 3 new buildings and refurbish 2 more existing buildings at Concordia College in Highgate. St John’s Campus is receiving a complete redevelopment with the construction of a new, 3 storey resource centre and Upper Primary building. A new activity hall is also being constructed which will house new creative learning spaces such as art and language rooms.

The existing hall, music and reception building is receiving a complete interior and exterior renovation which will create new ELC facilities as well as staff rooms, offices and music rooms. Supplementing these new and renovated buildings will be a near compete redevelopment of all external areas with new playgrounds and landscaped areas throughout.
