Our client found us on google and after reading our 5 star reviews they contacted us to discuss their project.

As a builder, our client knew the drafting process and what drawings were required to aquire Building Approval. Unfortunatly they didn’t have any existing drawings of the property. This wasn’t an issue as we organised a site visit and with the BLK2Go Leica 3d Laser scanner in hand, we scanned the property within 8 minute.

Our scope of works were to provide a new carport and convert the existing garage into a new master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. The drawings required for this Building Application were:

• Existing Site Plan – Floor Plan – Elevations
• Proposed Site Plan – Floor Plan – Elevations – Sections

Within a few days we had the completed set of drawings back to the client for approval. Needless to say, they were very impressed with the turn around time for the drawings and details provided. This design was then signed off and was then passed onto the Building Certifier for approval. The project is currently in the construction phase with completion within a few weeks time.
