Covid City Studio Home Office Required.

Our client found us on google and after reading our 5 star reviews they contacted us to discuss their project.

With Covid changing the way we all worked, this client required a studio / office built at the rear of his property located in Melbournce City.

The client knew exactly what they wanted and provided us with detailed sketches both in plan and section views. All we did was to put the fine tuning onto the design and compile the Building Application set.

This included:

• Proposed Site Plan – Floor Plan – Elevations – Sections – 3d Views

Within a week we had the completed set of drawings back to the client for approval. There was never any face to face meetings. Or site visits required for this project as it was all completed over the phone and via email.

Needless to say, the client was very impressed with the turn around time for the drawings and details provided. This design was then signed off and was then passed onto the Building Certifier for approval. This project is now completed with a happy client now working from home.
