New Patio Sitting Area Required.

Our client found us on google and after reading our 5 star reviews they contacted us to discuss their project.

The client informed us that they had a small space which they wanted turned into a outdoor sitting area with a patio roof over. They had a specific look they wanted to achieve with this design. After sending us images of the patio they wanted we compiled the drawings together for Building Approval.

These included:

• Existing Site Plan
• Proposed Site Plan – Floor Plan – Elevations – Sections

Within a few days we had the completed set of drawings back to the client for approval. Needless to say, they were very impressed with the turn around time for the drawings and details provided. This design was then signed off and was then passed onto the Building Certifier for approval. This project has now been completed with a happy client now using this once unused space.
