This client was highly recommended our services from another company which used our 3d Laser Scanning Service in the past.

The scope of works for this 3000m² project over two levels was to scan and remodel all building services on both floors.

Over the years this building has had many additions and extensions and there were no accurate drawings showing any of the building services. Due to another new addition to this property, the client needed to find a pathway for the new services without moving or clashing with any of the existing services or structure.

With the BLK2Go Leica 3d Laser scanner in hand, we assessed the site, found our starting point and began recording the scan. As this was a huge space over two levels. The scan was broken up into sections to minimize the file size on export. Once in the office we stitched the scans together to form a complete model of the two floors.

The total time to scan both levels of this property took 1 hour 45 minutes.

Within two weeks we had the completed model back to the client for approval. Needless to say, they were very impressed with the turn around time for the model and detail provided.
